QA Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee QA activities, including manual and automated testing processes, ensuring high product quality.
- Collaborate with development managers to set priorities and ensure QA alignment.
- Guide and support QA team members in both manual and automated testing, with a focus on regression and release quality.
- Supervise automation strategies, including testing frameworks, with a focus on Playwright.
- Stay current with industry’s best practices and tools for QA and Automation.
- Analyze test results and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high software quality.
- Manage and prioritize automation tasks to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in QA management with automation experience and metrical management- Mandatory.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, demonstrating excellent teamwork and influence.
- Strong understanding of QA processes, including test management and release validation.
- Experience with automation tools such as Cypress or Playwright.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English.
