Salesforce Administrator
We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce environment. In this role you will be involved in configuring Salesforce settings, automating business processes, and providing daily support to end-users. You’ll be a key player in ensuring data integrity, security, and seamless system functionality. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the ongoing maintenance and configuration of the Salesforce platform, including user roles, profiles, and security settings.
- Support and develop automation processes using Salesforce Flow and other tools to streamline business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Provide frontline support to users, resolving issues related to system access, data discrepancies, and functionality issues.
- Conduct routine data management tasks, including data imports, deduplication, and data cleanup.
- Participate in data migration projects and ensure data accuracy during system transitions.
- Work under the guidance of the Salesforce Lead
Requirements:
- Proven knowledge of Salesforce automation tools like Flow.
- Experience with admin setup, including roles, profiles, and permission sets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role, with a learner’s mindset.
- Basic understanding of data management and security best practices.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
