NOC (Network Operations Center)

WaveBL is looking for a NOC (Network Operations Center) part-time position. In this position you will be monitoring our production environment, handling incidents, answering tickets escalated by our Tier1 / Tier2 support and troubleshooting different technical issues. You will be working closely with our Devops and Tier3 teams. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing start-up company and learn about the world of DevOps and databases .

Requirements:

Studying towards a degree in a technological field (2nd year student with at least 1.5 years remaining)
Availability to work 3 shifts or more per week including nights and weekends.
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Fast learner
High sense of responsibility and service-oriented
Good written communication skills (English and Hebrew)
