1. Request an eBL on the Shipping Instructions.

2. Connect with your business partner, shipper, or consignee. To learn more, click here.

3. Upon receiving the eBL, transfer possession to your consignee. 
   If you are the consignee, authorize surrender.

4. Get your subscription.
