There are four steps to your first eBL

1. Request an eBL on the Shipping Instructions.
2. Connect with your consignee. If your consignee isn’t on the WaveBL global network, send an invitation.
   (If you are the consignee and can’t find your shipper on the WaveBL global network, send an invitation.)
3. Upon receiving the eBL, follow this quick guide to transfer possession to your consignee.
   (If you are the consignee, follow this guide to authorize surrender.)
4. Get your subscription.

   *Only one party pays for the entire eBL flow. If your counterpart pays, you can use WaveBL for free!
