Project Manager
WaveBL is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects\processes within the organization, manage project lifecycles, and ensure the successful delivery of critical initiatives.
The Project Manager will define and maintain structured methodologies to drive efficiency and success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead and create methodologies and processes to ensure quality.
- Define KPI’s and improve existing processes based on performance metrics.
- Plan and coordinate cross group activities (R&D, Sales, BI, Onboarding, DevOps etc)
- Monitor dependencies risks / open issues ensuring proactive resolution.
- Use data and insights to prioritize tasks and drive informed decision-making.
- Create and maintain dashboards – hold status visibility at all times.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of proven experience with software related project management practice including client facing responsibilities.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- Excellent solving capabilities and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership, and communication skills
- Excellent client and management facing skills
- Ability to translate technical challenges into business language
- Experience with standard Web, Webservice and J2EE development and deployment practices- advantage
- Familiarity with Blockchain technology- advantage
- Familiarity with cloud services and technologies especially AWS - advantage
