We are looking for a Solutions Consultant / Presales Specialist with excellent interpersonal skills to join us. This position offers an incredible client-facing opportunity to lead the technical side of WAVE BL’s Strategic Accounts activity, and interface with various cross-functional teams within the company.
As a Presales Specialist, you will serve as the main POC for all client-related technical activities, from participating in the product planning stages, through leading the customer implementation to provide ongoing support and guidance to customers.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll interface with cross-functional teams (e.g. R&D, Product, BI, Content, Legal, etc.) to ensure that the scope, schedule, and resources are aligned.
