WAVEBL is looking for a high performing Sales Manager to join our winning sales team.

As a sales Manager, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, The ideal candidate is highly passionate, highly motivated with the desire to learn & grow with the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Target and explore new logos and sizable opportunities that fits company priority.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with Strategic customers and partners with support of Customer Success Managers.
  • Closely collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of our strategy.
  • Meet Quarterly and annual Sales targets.
  • Explain our solution and perform demos to new clients.
  • Lead enterprise customer’s pilots with support of Customer Success Managers.
  • Run the entire sales cycle (A-Z) and support the whole process with new clients.
  • Understand customer’s business needs and feedback on product improvement ideas.
  • Represent WaveBL in the respective market – participate in webinars and events to promote our presence.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of proven sales experience
  • At least 3 years of shipping or logistics experience
  • A team player with very good social skills
  • Passion for sales with a desire to learn.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Native level in spoken and written English – a must.
  • Multi-tasking and well organized
  • Creative thinker and problem solver.
  • Fast learner
  • Highest ability to onboard non-tech-savvy customers (Advantage)
