Sales Executive

WAVE BL is looking for a high-performing Sales Executive with excellent interpersonal skills to join us. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, manage existing opportunities, and establish new connections with future clients. The position is full-time and on-site at our office in Israel.

Responsibilities:

  • Building strong partnerships and relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Expanding the customer base by independently identifying and selling prospects and leads.
  • Researching and analyzing sales options and proposing new models.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Identifying and maintaining buyer persona profiles.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to commercial agreement closing and serving as post-sales Account Owner.
  • Designing and delivering key sales KPIs monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Analyzing buying trends and volumes and preparing reports summarizing key trends and influencing sales strategy.
  • Identifying product improvements and/or new products based on customer feedback.
  • Being up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices, market activities, and competitors.
  • Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing corporate standards.
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
  • Reporting to the Management Team.

Requirements:

  • BBA or MBA with a focus on supply chain, marketing, advertising, or sales.
  • Creative with good time-management skills
  • Energetic with excellent presentation, negotiating, and objection-handling skills
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving skills, a fast learner
  • Proficient at value-based selling
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the Company’s success
  • Well-versed in MS Office (Excel/Word/PPT) and in Salesforce or another CRM tool
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven record of concluded deals
  • 5+ years of experience in a Technology SaaS company or Supply Chain, Logistics, or Maritime industry.
  • 5 years of experience working as a Sales Leader or similar role
