We are looking for a Solutions Consultant / Presales Specialist with excellent interpersonal skills to join us. This position offers an incredible client-facing opportunity to lead the technical side of WAVE BL’s Strategic Accounts activity, and interface with various cross-functional teams within the company.

As a Presales Specialist, you will serve as the main POC for all client-related technical activities, from participating in the product planning stages, through leading the customer implementation to provide ongoing support and guidance to customers.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll interface with cross-functional teams (e.g. R&D, Product, BI, Content, Legal, etc.) to ensure that the scope, schedule, and resources are aligned.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to potential customers, by utilizing your deep understanding of the WAVE BL value proposition to find and provide the best possible solutions to our customers’ business goals.
  • Own the end-to-end solution proposal, engage with, and coordinate requisite internal resources to execute against defined timelines.
  • Manage and lead technical product-related workshops and demos.
  • Define new technical requirements, build project timelines, and manage the delivery, both outbound and inbound.
  • Lead all technical-related activities, create solution design documentation – both internally and externally for the customers – which includes data flow diagrams, and description of application components: as well as take ownership of the functional responses and gap analysis within the RFI/RFP documents.
  • Maintain and configure client-facing demonstration systems, including a parametrization of the solution to meet customer-specific requirements.
  • Participate in and support customer activities such as customer discovery meetings, consultative solution selling presentations and functional workshops.
  • Solution Workshops: Participate in workshops with existing and prospective customers to understand what the final solution will look like, and identifying product and configuration gaps.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Engineering related degree, such as Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or 5+ years of experience in an Engineering role at a Software/Tech company
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management/Pre-Sales positions with Global giants accounts.
  • You’re curious and tech-savvy. You enjoy deep diving into the technical details and have the ability to demonstrate your technical depth and skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams geared to individuals who are good at multitasking
  • You have the ability to understand customer needs and requirements and translate them into actionable items and plans for the company’s internal stakeholders.
  • You’re a self-starter and can drive others to achieve results
  • Analytical and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Creative, motivated, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English – a must
