SMB Account Executive

We are seeing a growing demand for our solution in the market. Due to this rapid growth, we are expanding our sales team. We are looking for an SMB Account Executive with excellent interpersonal skills. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in leading a consultative sales process from lead to close. The role involves remote selling to SMB customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Researching, qualifying, and reaching out to prospects in order to open, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
  • Manage the engagement process & sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including forecasting, building, and maintaining a steady sales pipeline
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to commercial agreement closing and serve as an Account Owner for post-sales.
  • Weekly sales reporting and pipeline forecasting with ongoing CRM management.
  • Developing relationships with existing and new clients to increase portfolio revenues.
  • Cross collaboration with all stakeholders and other internal team members

Requirements:

  • Total of +3 years of experience working as an SMB Account Executive or an SDR.
  • A top performer with a proven track record
  • Passionate, creative, resourceful, and driven salesperson with a “hunter” mentality
  • Excellent presentation skills, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic presence
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex issues clearly
  • Fast learner with interest in technology
  • Team player
  • Native English speaker

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a Technology SaaS company within the Supply Chain, Logistics, or Maritime industries.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with concentration in business administration, supply chain, marketing or advertising sales preferred
  • Prior experience with sales tech-stacks such as CRM – HubSpot, Salesforce; LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Prior experience with sales and forecast methodologies. E.g., MEDPPIC, SPIN Selling
