We are looking for a Professional Services Engineer to implement, maintain and support our product installation environments in-house and on our customer’s infrastructure. This role also includes performing IT tasks and providing technical assistance to the company employees.
What you’ll be doing:
Implement and maintain our product on customers’ servers.
Provide support and technical assistance to customers.
Manage IT tasks such as software installations and server maintenance.
Support DevOps operation.
Work closely with the QA team.
Debug network issues in layers 3, 4 and 5.
What you’ll bring:
Minimum 3 years experience in System and IT.
Team player and open-minded with a proven record of working in a dynamic startup environment.
Ability to work independently.
Former experience in working with international clients.
Excellent communications skills in English.
Proven experience working with Windows and Linux environments, OS services operation, Debugging issues (analyzing logs, event manager, network issues, etc.) and web servers management.
Systems, network and security fields.
Bash, Batch and PowerShell.
Python and Perl.
Writing SQL queries.
Operating cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
Using Wireshark for network issues debugging
