Customer Onboarding Representative

WAVE BL is looking for an exceptional Onboarding Representative to be a part of our results-driven team. The ideal candidate will provide an excellent customer service experience in these critical first steps of the customer’s success journey.

In this position, you will provide support, train, educate and guide new and existing customers to effectively utilize the WAVE BL solution for long-term success. As a customer experience expert, you will advocate internally for customers through the onboarding implementation process. It is to be expected that this candidate is comfortable leading onboarding training video calls in English.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years in client-facing roles.
  • A self-starter – resourceful and creative in learning new domains.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • An ability to clearly articulate complex topics.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence – Advantage.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
