Customer Support Representative

We are looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative to be a part of our dedicated team.

The ideal candidate will provide an excellent customer service experience and follow up until the customer is satisfied.

In this position, you will work with new and existing customers to ensure that they are comfortable using our WAVE BL solution. We work with customers across the world, so we must provide a quick and professional reply to allow fast and professional solutions. As a team member, you will also bring customer feedback and ideas to help with appropriate solutions, and you will be the voice of the customer in internal discussions regarding WAVE BL products. You will also handle support and video call sessions, and you should feel comfortable leading support sessions in English.

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role at a SaaS company or with customer-facing experience.
  • Self-starter – resourceful and creative in learning new domains.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to interpret technical concepts and explain them simply.
  • Ability to work on several tickets simultaneously while accomplishing desired results.
  • Research, analyze, record, and respond to issues with accurate solutions.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence – Advantage
  • Must be able to work in shifts (Monday-Friday)
