BI Manager

We are looking for a talented, experienced, hands-on BI Manager to join us. As the Business Intelligence Manager at WaveBL, you will be responsible for leading the

management and development of our business intelligence systems. This will involve a hands-on
approach, where you will work closely with our different departments to design and implement
data-driven solutions that support our business goals.

Responsibilities:

Manage BI projects.

Maintain and improve our existing BI infrastructure.

Gather Business requirements from different departments and extract useful insights.

Collaborate with different types of departments (Product, R&D, Marketing, Sales, CS) and
customers to help solve problems and identify opportunities.

Build and maintain reports, dashboards and alerts to monitor the performance of the
company product.

Build reports for customers based on data from multiple sources.

Requirements:

Great communication skills with the different departments, management and customers

2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar

2+ years of experience in a management position

BSc or equivalent experience in science fields

Experience with SQL

Experience with Snowflake and Tableau – major advantage

Experience with Python – advantage

Experience working in a startup – advantage

Fluent English (written and spoken)

Outstanding analytical and technical skills
